Our sump pump quit working while we were vacationing in Florida. We called Servpro of Effingham and they were at our house accessing the situation within a few hours. After speaking with Brock, we felt comfortable continuing our vacation because communication was top notch and we were updated frequently throughout the process. The crews removed water, removed damaged carpet and drywall, cleaned and disinfected. We came home from Florida to a dry basement!
