ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE REPRESENTATION!! I called due to an emergency sewer leak in my home and my landlord was not responding. I only called At 12 PM because their website says that they are 24 hour service. However, when the man answered the phone he answered” ROTO MASTER WHAT DO YOU WANT!? And I said hello I am looking for a sewer service and he said I’m sleep… And then let him know that his his website said that his company was 24 hours and he told me no you’re wrong, and you got an old book and proceeded to hang up in my face. Absolutely horrible service

I called about getting my sewer drain augered out in February 2020. Mike stopped by, and looked it over. Eventually he called and said he was too busy, so I should get someone else to do it. That is certainly a strange business model.
