We bought a home from effingham homes in July this year. We had a deadline to get our daughter moved in by her wedding day which was October 1st. We had several challenges getting the home to be set. Effingham homes come thru and met our deadline. I would like to say that my experience was much more positive due to the one employee who sold us our home. Krystal was absolutely amazing. Krystal quickly became my contact person. She was very passionate about meeting our deadline and keeping us posted of any advancements in the process. We had Effingham Homes move a trailer for us. From the very beginning they have been so friendly and helpful. Joy and Steve take the time to explain how to get the final touches on your home so it’s ready to move in. They take the time to know their customers by name and always greet you with a smile. I will recommend them over and over!
