I have been doing my own taxes for some time but I bought some investment property and I thought that the expertise might help. However, I was pretty price sensitive a few of the firms I called in the local area was charging $800+ for my returns which I don't believe are very complicated. When I called West & Company and explained my return the gentlemen told me it would be around $500 and I hired them. Overall, the service was pretty decent all handled via email and 2 phone calls which is pretty convenient. They are leaps and bounds over my experience with accounting for my business. I can't recommend any higher. Brian and Josh have been very helpful and are currently helping me break down the I/O's of the company to ensure we remain sustainable from now to beyond.
