Everything was fantastic from shopping thru installation. They let me wander around the store by myself on multiple days for hours looking at luxury vinyl plank samples, yet were right there to answer any questions I had. The installers were great and cared for our home like it was their own. Highly recommend.

We went in on Saturday to pick out carpet for a small playroom. We purchased a remnant from the warehouse and they delivered and installed it on Tuesday. Our experience couldn't have been better! thanks again!

Contracted Vallow to re-carpet our steps. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful when selecting carpet. I appreciate Vallow having their own installers and not contracting out work. The Installers did an excellent job.
