With all that is going on now I dont believe asking the attendant at the salon if the bed has been sanitized is out of the question. Normally the sign is on the bed with a clean towel, it was not. I understand I interrupted her and her dinner guest while having their dinner but I felt the need to know. I was told I didnt get a towel because the girl before me used them all!! So therefore I just dont get one. Hmm ok, i guess I'm pretty sure i was being chastised for being a bother so i will be the bigger person and say I'm sorry i interrupted your dinner. I purchased a one week unlimited package to build a base tan for an upcoming event with really no intention of becoming a regular; however, the ladies that work here are all really welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable so I know I'll be back! I felt zero pressure to buy more than I intended to but at the same time all of the suggestions about lotions to try or what bed to use was all very genuine and helpful. The facility is perfectly clean and I haven't had to wait for a bed yet despite not scheduling an appointment. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for the exceptional customer service, Sundazzlers!

I moved from Missouri to Illinois and called several places “local” to me. They weren't helpful and the prices were astonishing. I called Sundazzlers and spoke to Taylor who went above and beyond, answering my 20 questions and offering information to me. I decided to go in and after meeting her, she gave me a tour and I became a new client. Every single staff member is a delight. I misplaced my lotion the other day and a staff member allowed me to borrow her personal lotion (sorry - I don't know everyone's names yet).
