You will never find better staff or service. Everyone who works here deserves all the praise for their kindness. I have been seeing Renee consistently for a few months now and she’s amazing… I will recommend the edwardsville location anytime I’m asked for a good spa/ massage.

I've had quite a few bad massages here and yes communication can be maddening (like when I booked a specific facial and told them I was paying with gift card at check in, waited in the waiting area and proceeded, I was undressed on the table before they told me my gift card didn't cover that facial.) Came in one last time to use a gift card and let me tell you, Gina is this places saving grace for me! Great communication, great massage, personable and treats you with great customer service not just like another one in the lineup.

They were able to get me a same day appointment last week after I woke up with a crick in my neck. It was my first visit & I was impressed. I love their inner waiting room. The massage was quiet & soothing - exactly what I needed! The hot towel service was divine.
