He explained the problem well and made sure to order the part and schedule the soonest possible time to come back before he left. I am a new homeowner and have now had Hoffman Brothers here 3 times in one week (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair). Each of the technicians and everyone I have spoken to over the phone has been extremely nice and knowledgeable.
