They helped us get usda tavel certificates for our dogs to travel overseas. It was a complicated process that must be done no more than 10 days before arrival to the new country. This includes dealing with the USDA. They did all of that for us. They helped us through it and stayed in contact with us the whole time. We were so grateful to have found them. Very competent and friendly.

Everyone is kind and personable. The tech was gentle and helpful. I really like Dr. Micotto. She answered my questions, diagnosed the problem quickly, and she was also very gentle with Goliath, my kitty. They got us into the office right away when I called - And I got a follow up text from the office to check on how he was doing!

Edwardsville Pet Hospital is WONDERFUL. All the doctors and staff are very caring, helpful, and knowledgeable and are ALWAYS looking out for what is BEST for any type of animal they are seeing.. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, I give them all an 11.75!! (I can do that since I taught math!)
