Heart Technologies has an incredibly talented team with outstanding customer service. They helped us transform a neglected 10-year-old Infrastructure back into shape in a short time. I am forever grateful for the exceptional service their Engineers provided during stressful times.

Brought my MacBook Pro in for repair and they had it ready the next morning! And y’all don’t even know how good their customer service is- they helped me out when I locked my keys in the car in the snow. So kind and very versatile in services.

I was very pleased with the service and work they did on my Macbook. The person who wrote the negative review about the $90 diagnostic fee was confused. Yes, they require this, but when you have them fix your issue they subtract the $90 from your repair. I see the importance in requiring the diagnostics.
