I am a long time contractor remodeling homes. Im bringing those skills to help people safely buy their new home with confidence. My plan is to add as many certifications and licenses to offer every inspection your bank or insurance requires. Typically, this would require calling several different inspectors and scheduling multiple days and times. And of course, paying a premium price for each inspection. I will be able to offer these services at discounted rates and get it all done in one day. I will work with you the whole way to make sure your investment is safe. I am an Illinois licensed home inspector, InterNachi certified mold inspector, licensed hvac technician and inspector, InterNachi certified professional inspector.
