Absolutely phenomenal service yesterday. Didn’t get great service from another Walmart and switched to this one. The guy behind the desk, Michael, was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and great to work with. He laid out all my options and knew everything about everything: the eyes work, prescriptions, contacts, lens coatings, etc. I came in there just looking for contacts but I came out with an education and I’m extremely satisfied with my options moving forward, especially on payments and savings and insurance and things like that. I will be returning within 30 days to use my discount on glasses. You are hiring the right kind of people and you training them very well!
I had this company clean out my septic tank after the man who had cleaned it for years( Harris Septic..) blew me off and just didnt show up. This company was extremely professional and reliable. I will use them again.

Terry came out and looked over the tree we thought needed work. Terry quoted a price then said it wasn't necessary as this tree has a long life. Great service at this location East Peoria staff is awesome.......Today 4/13/20 My backpack sprayer broke .The East Peoria location had a few ideas : how they could help me get back to it....Great service . I was so happy ,I purchased another one ,for my tech....... Again great service , I called in a few minutes later, my order was ready…… OK today is August 17 I am in here regularly. I generally deal with Matt and Billy. As Dwayne expertise is irrigation but he’s always willing to help me. Other staff members were helping other customers are on conference calls. Duwayne was amazing I bought $1000 worth of products I think it took him all of a minute and a half to ring me up and help me carry my products to the truck. Couldn’t ask for any better

Harold and Sergio were the worker's that came to our home from:Energy Home InsulationHarold and Sergio were ontime both days, listened to what we wanted done and did a very thorough job. They both are very careful, caring and polite workers. They took their time to put up plastic and did a fantastic job. They even took the time to clean the garage door after the sprayer gun malfunctioned. Harold and Sergio also cleaned up the areas they had been in and even brought in the few items that I set outside the garage so the job could be completed.We are so thankful for the work and worker's Harold and Sergio. I called looking for a new stylist/colorist. The two women at the shop totally accommodated me. They were able to get me in quickly. I couldn't remember what time my appointment was, I did get there early. Very nice shop very relaxing. Megan did my color and was knowledgeable and talked through what colors to do. My hair turned out fabulous. I am happy that I have finally after 16 months living in Pekin found a new stylist/colorist. Thank you Megan for doing a fantastic job.

All of the stylists are very good here. I have a child with Down syndrome and he did not do well with people touching his head. These women have been fantastic with him, now can get a haircut with no issues at all thank to them.

I haven’t had confidence in years or felt beautiful in years but after I sat down in Jessica’s chair for the first time today, 4 hour later I walked out of there with beautiful hair, confidence, and a new salon home! We just had a roof installed over our patio area by Doc. It was a pleasurable experience from the start. Mike did an incredible job!! They went out of their way to build it exactly as we wanted. They were punctual and worked very hard in some horrible heat. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Great local, family business who pays attention to detail. They were very reasonably priced, as well.
Pauli Builders worked on a complicated project for us that included moving a door, removing a portion of wall, and both carpet and tile flooring. They worked hard to match flooring with the surrounding area and everything turned out great! Easy to work with and provided so much expertise to make our project a success.
Jerry first took a good amount of time to talk about things like the process and what formulas are used for what pest. He's clearly passionate and knowledgeable about his work. He was also very friendly, relatable and down to earth. This was the first service call and I expect we'll have a good working relationship with this company.

I brought my dog Petie here after I had decided to put my little pal to sleep. My vet was not available and I called Dr. Clark's office and they took me right in. They didn't know me or Petie but were the most compassionate people! They sent me a nice card with his footprints a few days later. I found myself a new vet that day! Thank you to all of you ladies, you made a hard time a little bit easier.

First time visit was so impressing because East Side Animal Hospital pc took gentle care of my Caviler and my Calico on the spot and began a Healthcare Plan for each of my fur babies! My stress disappeared knowing they are in the beast hands possible!
She does a great job. We took our dog there because our normal groomer was booked. She did awesome with our dog who is pretty timid of new people.
I just picked up my dogs from Roxy and the more I look at them the most impressed I am!! She and her team got everything done (the whole works) on my two doodles in 2 hours and that has never happened at any groomer we’ve been to.
And, the best part is (well, beside her awesome prices)…I don’t know what magic they worked, but they got rid of their awful breath!!
I am so incredibly pleased and will definitely be taking my dogs back to her again and again!
