First time calling them and really poor experience. I needed an ice machine serviced and since I wasn’t a current customer I could not be a priority and would have to wait until next week. No problem, understandable. However they would not consider even servicing my machine until I gave them my credit card number. I told them I was happy to pay by credit card but I wasn’t agreeable to just hand out my account number with no other information on when I’d be scheduled, etc. I canceled the request and let them know I’d look elsewhere. I called Mechanical 24 for a repair on our commercial heater mounted to the ceiling inside of our warehouse. They were very quick to set me up a time to have a technician out. When the technician Shaun arrived he seemed very enthusiastic about helping us resolve our issue. Throughout the entire process he was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the entire process to me on how the machine worked as well as exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to solve our issue very fast. Mechanical 24 installed 4 RTU's and a computer server room cooling system through the ComEd rebate program. Professional, knowledgeable, good value, and the kind of people that you would like to do business with. We would recommend! 5 Stars!
