PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT OR NEED A MORTGAGE!! EVEN WITH A 500-620 CREDIT SCORE!

I am a Veteran and had a 520 credit score when I reached out to Barclay Butler Finacial. I called 3 other mortgage companies one being another broker. ALL THREE shot me down and said “You need a 620 credit score” and also was told “I could only get you up to a $175k-200k loan. They Did not try to help us past a credit check. Barclay HIMSELF called and I made him aware of our situation. Barclay Butler is a trustworthy Finacial Guru who is dedicated with a motivated and friendly staff that truly wants to help you purchase or refinance your home. My situation was difficult and indifferent. Barclay Butler, with his Loan officer, Ashtar Nissan, found solutions to every problem that arose and because of Barclay Butler Finacial and their efforts to go above and beyond to get me approved, I was able to finally qualify for my VA Home Loan and buy our home. He also got me the lowest possible interest rate. He taught me how to improve my credit and an entire unfamiliar process became familiar. It was a beautiful experience! I highly recommend!

Barclay & his staff are awesome and are very good at what they do. We just moved into our new home which closed in 3 weeks and is my 3rd home purchased thru Barclay Butler with VA financing. If you want an honest broker that can get you financed with the lowest rate possible you will be very happy with Barclay and his crew.
