At 12:30 today I noticed my furnace was not working. Called Ambrose Heating and AC. Lady said they were booked till after hours would I want them to come I said yes. 25 minutes later service man Rob called. He was on his way. By 1:30 my furnace was up and running. I have used Ambrose for years and can't say enough about their wonderful service. Thank you so much.
Quick and helpful house call to assess furnace function issue. Jim assessed the problem with my Lennox furnace late in the evening on Black Friday and was able to help my family. Thank you for your help!
These past two weeks my furnace has been on the fritz and I've been trying to fix it to no avail. I finally gave up and calledAmbrose Heating & Air Conditioning. And Jim Ambrose called me back. I told him the work I did on it and what it was doing. He had me take a picture of the wiring on the furnace and then behind the thermostat. Then he called me back and had me rewire everything. He talked me thru the whole repair and we got it working again. No charge! It was a real life saver for me, I could hardly afford another major repair after just replacing a roof.Service: HVAC system repair
