AdvantaClean came out to help with sewage loss.
J.T. Maier, the owner of AdvantaClean, got everything going very quickly. Super nice guy. He explained what everyone was going to be doing. And when I had questions after they started, he gave me answers.
The first to come out was Ian, on a Sunday. He assessed the whole situation. He was polite, thorough and professional. Then John and Adrian came out on Monday and they were the same. Friendly, hard workers and very respectful. Now-a-days that's hard to come by. All of them knew what they were doing and got to work immediately. Needed mold abatement service. Able to get appointment right away. Professional crew arrived on time. Got the job done and wore shoe covers the entire time. Guys are very courteous. Would highly recommend.
Both technicians were knowledgeable, polite, tidy and efficient. They did an outstanding job and were happy to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Advantaclean based on this experience.
