This other provider failed multiple attempts to correct the issue and instead threw up their hands and sent me for a root canal. I'm very lucky that the endodontist I selected was EXCELLENT, identified the real issue (a defective filling), and referred me to Oakville Dental Care. Dr. Guilfoy and team were professional, pleasant, communicative, and highly skilled. He identified and remedied the exposed dentin, unaddressed decay, and severely shaved down bite surface that the other dental provider had left behind. More than that, their team went above-and-beyond by squeezing me in before the holiday break and seeing me through a longer-than-anticipated appointment time to make sure I received the best possible outcome. “Dr Wenzel is a compassionate expert dentist. In the middle of taking chemo for Ovarian Cancer I lost my front #10 crown. I cried lots, then called Dr Wenzel’s.office. Not only did I get an appt the next day but he and his assistant stayed very late to give me a temporary and make a mold for a new crown. He was just amazing. I recommend him highly.“

“I lovee this place! Especially Dr.Palmer!! I have an issue getting numb in the past, he does it just perfect, no pain during needle insertion and I'm 100% numb. He does a great Job matching colors. I've also gotten compliments on what a great Job he did! I will stick with this office for life... Well unless Palmer goes elsewhere! I haven't had work done by anyone else there so I can only speak for Palmer! He also has such a calm demeanor which really helps ease the anxiety during the procedure.“

“We love this dental practice! Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the front desk staff, hygienists and dentists. We go twice yearly for cleanings and have since my daughter was 2. We have not had any other procedures at this time other than cleanings and x-rays. The hygienists are so patient with children who are feeling nervous. I appreciate that they are willing to forego any part in order to avoid making the dental experience aversive. We have loved every hygienist and dentist we have seen. The front desk has also been quick to respond to inquiries sent via the website.“
