“I have been going there for years and everyone and everything has been great
All the girls are lovely but I have gone into a stand up tanning and only to fine ten of the bulbs were out! So annoying bcoz you have to get dressed again in order to go in another bed so instead I just stay in it Byt what a waste of time and money You would think he staff would have known this ! I let the girl know when I came out!
Just felt like it was a waste and f time and money going into that bed“

“I cannot recommend this place enough. I don’t enjoy going to spa/salons because it can feel unfriendly. Glo is never like that. Everyone has been wonderful,but mostly, GiGI has been my favorite to get a tan with. She goes above and beyond explaining how to take care of your tan and then spends extra time making sure your feet,toes,etc look their best. And somehow I don’t feel uncomfortable being half naked while she does it. I really appreciate having a woman owned salon like this close by where the service is consistently professional and wonderful.“

First, the website changed my glen ellyn location to mokena automatically, it will to that, make sure you check before hitting confirm button! At the glen ellyn location she was so nice and squeezed me in. I was huffing from the cold of the spray and she was very patient and helpful. I've had a few different spray tans but the custom full body one here was literally flawless! I've felt so much more confident. Definitely plan on coming back!“

“Had a couple sprays here satisfactory but wanted a little darker. The girl at the desk recommended "double dark" which turned out super light on me. After 7 hours of waiting to develop I called the salon & spoke to manager Katie who had me come in right away (30 minutes before close!) to fix it. Even with a machine malfunction midway & trying to get out for the night she was professional, accommodating & talked patiently with me about possible results, knowing I couldn't come back in the morning (getting on an airplane). “I am not sure what is with the negative reviews on here but I have been tanning here for almost a year now and have the full unlimited membership. Just want to say that I have not had any problems whatsoever with billing or any of the staff! Everything has been very smooth and just as explained, all the stuff is beyond friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.
