I’ve been dealing with persistent shoulder pain for quite some time and had tried physical therapy at another place before — unfortunately, with little to no improvement. That all changed when I came to Dr. Haas and his incredible team at Star Physical Therapy.
From day one, they took the time to understand my condition thoroughly and tailored a treatment plan that actually worked. The care, professionalism, and encouragement I’ve received here have made a world of difference. Dr. Haas, Dr. Laura and Riya are an incredible team. My whole family has come to Star for PT and received excellent care. The team is perceptive, experienced, and very empathetic. When my lower back pain didn’t improve from just stretching, they adjusted my plan to be more strengthening-focused, and that made all the difference. Their experience allows them to adjust treatment for each patient’s specific needs. Dr. Haas also did a wonderful job of explaining the anatomy/physiology of my pain, which is important to me. My primary care physician said this was the best possible option for physical therapy & that his patients had only good things to say about it. After receiving amazing care from Dr. Hass & his staff, I entirely agree with him! During my treatment I felt cared for and listened to. The staff pushed me to do my best, but also allowed me to dictate when I felt I'd reached my limit. I cannot say enough good things about how encouraging they were & felt they were non-judgmental as well, which was a huge plus.
