I have been coming here since 2020. I have been asked to wait numerous times in the past upon arriving for my appointments. Yesterday, I had a 3:30 appointment and walked in the office at 3:36 only to get a lot of passive-agressive grief from Kelly, my technician, and one of the secretaries at the front desk. I told them I obviously did *not* expect them to go over my scheduled slot or cut into the next customer's time. Yet, they continued to lecture me about "being on time." I waited 45 minutes, and Dr Sheth took payment while I was in the chair before she did treatment, which is insulting. Don't you trust me to pay when I leave? I told her I had a few questions, and she said, "I have several patients waiting; I don't have time to answer your question.". Honesty, I have never had a Dr. say that. She is awful, just wants your money, and thinks her time is more valuable than her patients.
