I could not have asked for more from the people helping my 81 year old dad mitigate after his house fire. I live over 500 miles away from my dad, yet the distance was not a barrier in working with everyone helping my dad. They treated him with patience & dignity, and kept me informed as well. We thank God for them.

We started the morning with water in our finished basement after a heavy storm overwhelmed our failed sump pump. Many people had damage that night so many restoration companies were not available for weeks. The air issue and mold issue were getting worse by the hour.My understanding from my research is that ServiceMaster DSI is of significant size allowing it to carry more trained crews, service vehicles and equipment to serve more customers during significant restoration events. I had an unsuspected water leak, leaving hidden damage to a bathroom. The Servicemaster crew were called by my insurance company. They came that day to assess the damage and make a plan for remediation and restoration. One week later my premises are dried out, demo-ed, and ready to be put back in order. Highly recommend.
