Unprofessional called got No answer sent to voicemail then she texted as if I was bothering her smh all I wanted to know was if she had availability on a certain day as her website was not working ! I’m a successful business owner and this is a shame for a black business owner to not even answer a phone call. I’ll take my services elsewhere.

I was super excited for my 8:30 appointment with Noya this morning for a silk press. I booked with Noya because of great reviews and conveniently being able to make my appointments online. Unfortunately when I arrived no one was there. I called and went straight to voicemail and I left a message. Waited 20 minutes outside the shop and then decided to go back to the car and double check my appointment. I logged into my Vagaro account and it said that the appointment was canceled. I never cancelled the appointment nor received an email confirming the cancellation. Got on the phone with Vagaro and they said that the business cancelled the appointment at 5:59AM same day.... read full review
