Be careful something fishy about this company. I keep receiving scam calls from this companies name. When I called and tried to tell someone she didn’t care and laughed. I told her I have received over 100 calls in a month from people possibly pretending to work for their company. The way she blew me off and then hung up on me seems weird to me. She didn’t care to transfer me to a department that could help me more or giving me an email. I hate that I have to change my number because of the non stop calls. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi Kenyata Weaver ,Sorry to hear about your Home healthcare experience for your child. I just want to clarify that Nova Home Healthcare provides services only to Adults. I think you are mixing this agency with Nova Care which is a completely different agency.

I got services for my uncle in Glendale Heights for therapy and nursing services. Therapist was very professional and provide excellent exercises to my uncle. Nurse is caring and explaining everything in details. Highly recommended ?
