“super kind staff and business!! tara was great and empathetic towards my situation. i got a bad haircut by a stylist who only used a hand razor to cut my hair throughout. it was uneven and i thought it had too many layers that made the bottom half of my hair really thin (self esteem went down) ; but tara explained that it was actually only one layer and she could tell that the other stylist used only a razor. she fixed it to the best of her ability which is all i could ask for. thank you so much! will be coming back. also appreciate the shampoo and conditioning since the other stylist only used a water spray on me“

“I went to COCO nail bar - Downers Grove for the first time today. It was a last minute appointment and Chau, their manager, was extremely kind to accommodate me. I'm very particular about my nail designs and expect 100% accuracy. The nail artist, Yen Yen, far exceeded my expectations!!! I was impressed by her attentiom to detail and patience while drawing intricate details. She was highly professional and took time to address any of my concerns. I have already booked my next appointment with her and I can see being her regular customer going forward.
