“I'm a life time customer and that's saying something because I'm old. Their prices are exactly what you'd find online but the place is staffed by super nice, very talented people you can trust not to over sell you a bunch of gear. I took guitar lessons here when I was 12. I've bought multiple guitars and ukuleles from them over the years and last night they patiently helped me find the perfect limited run bass.

What I've used them for the most over the years is their guitar set up service. Simply drop off an old guitar that doesn't play quite right, pick out a new set of strings and they will string it up, clean the fret board and set things I don't know about like intonation for only $40. It's the difference between an old, off-sounding guitar and an old beauty that rocks as hard as the day it was born.
