Our roof and gutters were severely damaged during a recent hail storm and we contacted Josh for help. He was available quickly for a quote and worked directly with our insurance throughout the entire process. After the work was done, he identified additional damages with our insurance company to get us additional coverage. All of this took 10 days during an incredibly busy time for the team and the results are absolutely amazing. Our insurance inspector even took down his information as a future recommendation!

Josh went above and beyond to rescue my original claim with another hail chaser ( which I terminated) to obtain 2nd inspection and get the roof replacement approved. His attention to detail is outstanding. He was on the roof with the insurance inspector side by side validating and providing critical information in terms of damage and replacement needs. He spent time sending email after email to insurance agent and claim adjuster to get the process moving forward, until approved.
