Innovative Wood Floors is extremely customer oriented. After completing the staining our oak floors we felt that it wasn't dark enough. Rich, the owner, said "no problem" and had his team darken it up to what we had envisioned. It looks great! We would highly recommend Innovative Wood Floors.

You will not find a better hard wood flooring company than Rich and his team at Innovative. They just finished refinishing and replacing hardwood flooring in the 4th home we've utilized their services at! One in the city and 3 in the western suburbs. His team is kind, professional and incredibly reliable. Shout out to Francisco who couldn't have given us a better customer experience. Thanks Rich and Team Innovative Wood Floors!
