They installed a new Navien boiler system in my home, and not only were they extremely professional and kind, but they also managed to make the system look great (which isn’t easy with a boiler!). Eco Temp HVAC is hands down the best heating and cooling company in Downers Grove! I called them for a same-day repair on my air conditioner, and they delivered beyond my expectations. Chris, the technician, arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and even gave my unit a much-needed tune-up. It turned out that the air conditioner was so dirty it wasn't running properly. Chris explained the importance of annual maintenance to prevent this from happening again. He was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
