Where do I begin?? From the first interaction with the carpet estimate, to the final steps of installation, Matt & David were outstanding! I felt more educated, catered to, and supported than I have ever felt at a large chain store. I wasn’t being sold, in fact, I was encouraged to go with a selection that was most affordable and exceeding the quality I was going to settle for with a different company. The quality of carpet selections (and other flooring options) is top notch, without breaking the bank. Such an incredible, welcoming environment where you instantly feel like family! Great options at reasonable prices... Small single family business where the family members run their own retail store location, does their own sales, cuts the carpet in their own warehouse behind the store, delivers and installs and ALL done by family members...You just don't see this level of quality work by 1 family handling everything from start to finish.. Great Job !

We worked with Matt at Dorion carpets and we couldn't be more pleased! We told him what we wanted, he asked all the right questions, and helped us make the right choice. No need to look any further if you need carpet. The cost was fair and the service was excellent! Our job took 2 days and the guys were on time, neat and efficient. We fully endorse Dorion carpets without reservation .
