A great place for athletes. A great team! They not only care and relate to athletes. My kid is a basketball player and I hurt my shoulder, the team is rehabbing my kids knee and saw me and dived into my issue. This is the best place for training and physical therapy!
Core 1 is top notch! It is very apparent that their customers love going there. The moment you step in, you can feel a sense of "community". The staff is upbeat and friendly. They seem genuine in their desire to get to know you and hear about what is going on in your life. I was sitting on the table getting my back worked on and the other athlete was able to explain to me what was going on and had glowing remarks about the place. More importantly, Jim (the owner) helped me recover from my lower back injury with multiple treatments and educated me on what to do in order to keep my back in good shape. Our daughter has been working with Core1 the last month. The trainers are motivating and push her to be the best she can be. She loves the challenges and the workouts. Each week she gets stronger and faster! As a parent, I love that trainers understand these kids and are wonderful role models.
