We called this company to have an estimate and possible cleaning of items. First they lost a box (with a flag from my grandfathers burial at Arlington National) it took 6 weeks to get an estimate, then you cannot get an answer from them, via phone or email. It has been 3 months and just called an attorney. Terrible customer service and just bad business.
