Tim is a selfless amazing business owner who do not charge or trick any one for any kind of non essential services. You call him and he will give you open honest advise and answer on the phone and also answer based on pics. He will tell you what and how you can DIY and always responsive.

Fantastic resource. Tim spoke to me about an old home I am buying and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had great recommendations about mitigating and remediating the mold in the old cinderblock foundation.

This is the 2nd time I have used Colt for mold remediation in my attic. I have 3 attic spaces and just discovered some in one of them. A year or two ago they mitigated one attic and I just had them back. Tim really knows the field, provides all the paperwork and performs in compliance with best enviromental practices and protocol. As a realtor, I would not use another service. Many of my colleagues feel the same.
