I went to COCO nail bar - Downers Grove for the first time today. It was a last minute appointment and Chau, their manager, was extremely kind to accommodate me. I'm very particular about my nail designs and expect 100% accuracy. The nail artist, Yen Yen, far exceeded my expectations!!! I was impressed by her attentiom to detail and patience while drawing intricate details. She was highly professional and took time to address any of my concerns. I have already booked my next appointment with her and I can see being her regular customer going forward.

I had a wonderful experience at CoCo Nail Spa on 9/08/2024. It was different from the traditional nail shops that I usually visit as there was no strong smell of chemical products. The shop was clean and well-decorated, and the staff looked very professional in their black uniforms.
I was attended to promptly and guided to the pedicure chair, where I chose the Fire & Ice Luxury JellyCure package for $97, which lasted 70 minutes. Although it was more expensive than my usual pedicures, it was definitely worth it.

Had a great experience here. High-quality massage chairs and great ambiance. Harry took great care of me, and everything came out flawless. I had a broken nail that he recommended a dip to coat, and it worked perfectly and prevented having to cut it really short. My gel no chip and standard pedicure are holding up nicely a week plus out. Booked ahead on the app, so it was a short wait, lots of color choices, standard pricing. Recommend!
