Assistance Home Care took care of my mother while she was on hospice care at home. Ashley could not have been more professional, more dedicated or more involved with me, my mother or the hospice team. Assistance Home Care insured that hospice and Ashley worked together for the best care of my mother! My experience with Assistance Home care has been nothing but positive. Starting with how thoughtful they were about who they sent to care for my elderly parents. Down the road they went above and beyond to help me solve issues that arose with dementia and memory loss. I am grateful for their help and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking care for a family member.

Ever since I joined this company, I've been nothing but happy. I was skeptical at first due to working at a previous homecare agency that did not care about its employees. Literally meeting Iziah, Elisa, and Jen has been the best thing ever. They literally help me with everything. Whatever I need they are there. When I went through hardship with a family member, they checked on me when they didn't have to. They made sure I was OK and took care of my shifts. I started having car troubles and they figured out a way to get me to work without having a car, which no job has ever done.
