Dr. Andy is truly one of a kind. Thank you for always being so patient, understanding, and accommodating with my boy, Osito. He’s definitely not the easiest dog to handle and is not a fan of vet visits, yet Dr. Andy and his remarkable team always treat him with so much care, gentleness, and respect. ACGS is an amazing vet. They were the primary vet for our previous dog who lived a full life until cancer got him at 13. The vet was so helpful in finding his issue as soon as he got sick, helping us understand when it was time, and helping keep our best friend comfortable near the end. We recently got a new puppy but live in the city now. They’re not our primary vet, but due to how expensive neutering is downtown we asked if we could bring him in there to get it done. They agreed and our pup had an awesome initial visit with them. The team here seems to truly care about humans and their companions.
Brought my new Puppy in for first exam. She wasn't in great shape which I knew when I purchased her the day before but the doctor and assistant were gentle and very helpful. From the proper medications and shampoo to recommended food appropriate for her age and size, I really was feeling good about my dog's chances when it was over. This was also my first experience for any reason with this pet clinic. I'll be scheduling more.
