Disorganized, poor customer service, You have to call and beg them repeatedly to get them to do anything. A mess of red tape and endless bureaucracy with zero motivation to accomplish anything. Really unbelievably bad.

I am so disgusted with the unprofessional and lack of responsibility and care for my son. I don’t know where to start.The case manager Bobby is the worst she keeps sending her floater nurse is the first problem because the floater nurse doesn’t find out to the day of she has to be here. So it’s a last minute notice for me. Which is unacceptable and I’m not dealing with that anymore.After my sons trauma you think the case mgr would do a better job. My son was the Lincoln Park Shooting victim and this part of his care has been the worst. The case manager did not order supplies on time when requested. Have to go thru them due to my insurance. I use a cpap machine. Got it 10 years ago...my supplies just stopped coming. Called them and asked what happened... they said since I haven't seen anyone in years, I must have fallen thru the cracks. Made an appointment to see someone ASAP... got in and met with the girl. She said she was ordering a new machine for me since mine was old. I would arrive within 10 business days. Fast forward 15 business days later and nothing. I call them and they say They won't deliver a new unit to me without a set up time for a zoom appointment. So, why didn't I get a call to set up a time? They had no idea and said I must have fallen thru the cracks! Seriously? WORST place to go thru for medical supplies! Incompetence runs amuck here!
