Spoke to Mark over the phone to help me with an electronic safe issue. His was the only company that was willing to help me over the phone. Everybody else wanted to come out and charge for the visit. Bottom line. He helped me over the phone. He took 15 minutes of his time help me to resolve the issue walk me through the process When I offered to Zelle him money for his time he declined I don’t know if many businesses that would’ve done the same thing I’m definitely gonna be using this company again in the future based on my experience, I highly recommend they seem to be trustworthy And knowledgeable people

While my father was sick in the hospital, I needed to retrieve some important documents from a very old and unusual combination safe. I had some numbers that my father gave me but after several attempts I was unable to unlock it. There was very little information to be found online for this safe. I got in touch with Mark at A Windy City Lock & Safe, Inc and he not only had expert knowledge on this particular rare safe, he was able to instruct me on the phone how to open it.
