Rashad is reliable, dedicated, honest, and transparent in his approach to servicing his customers. As a new customer, he scheduled me into his busy day to service my a/c system. His prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely be using him for any future HVAC services.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. On the hottest day so far of course my air went out. I called Rashad and made an appointment, he came out after I made it home from work. He checked it out and I needed a new system I think I knew that and didn't want to accept it. Every year i was having issues. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable explained everything to me. I scheduled with him to install the new unit. Rashad realizing I have an elderly parent in my house he and his team came out.quickly Installed the new unit and took away the old one. Rashad’s Heating & Cooling LLC Service was great. Rashad was very professional and was on time for the appointment. Rashad figured out the problem with my furnace and he resolved the problem very quickly. I will definitely recommend Rashad Heating service again and will also let anyone who is having problems like I did to Rashad good by ABC" I'm done with them.Marq W
