my daughter (12) was nervous for a hair cut. curly hair, wanted to keep her length. Jacklynn made her feel comfortable, and gave her exactly what she wanted. Jacklynn also discussed school and sports making my daughter's experience more personal. she is excited to return to school feeling confident in herself! as we were leaving my daughter said "mom! I really like her, she's not afraid to talk about anything. we need to see her every time" ruining with scissors is very clean, nice temperature, comfortable chairs, great atmosphere, easy to schedule appointments. we're already looking forward to our next visit.

absolutely incredible!! been going to her for a hot minute now and never disappointed!! today I brought my mom in and she exceeded expectation!! so blessed!
