Oksana is amazing! It's so hard to find who actually cares about your lashes here in Illinois. I'm so glad I found her, my eyelashes stay in place no matter what I do ( swimming, sweating, humidity), I go to her every two weeks and it's so worth it. Definitely I would recommend her, she is phenomenal!
