They are the best! They are quick to answer and super friendly. Anytime I call in someone always answers immediately or if I need help with something on my computer they are very responsive. I can always count on them for any issues with my computer. The field workers Wes and Chris are very friendly! Neric has always been very helpful as well. Great team and great customer service. I've worked with Shartega for about three years now on projects both small and large. What I've noticed is that no matter if you are just submitting a ticket for something as simple as a password reset, or working with them on the creation of an entirely new network for an all-new automotive dealership, their professionalism always shines through. You can tell that they take pride in their work and that they will do whatever it takes to make their clients happy.
