“I will say this outright: I did not use Good Will Plumbing but I still think this is an excellent company I will be more than happy to use in the future. Why?I had a clogged toilet in my dental office. I called Good Will Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Dan. I told him my problem and he diagnosed it over the phone. He told me that all of the plumbers were booked for today and tomorrow due to the heavy rains we were getting. He sincerely apologized but he gave me honest advice on buying an auger from Home Depot and also sent me a YouTube video on how to use it. He said that this should take care of the problem and it did.I can tell you that this is an honest company that actually cares about their customers from this one interaction I had alone. I honestly recommend anyone to use them and have full confidence in their services.“
