Jeremy and his team are responsive, professional, knowledgeable. We were having major issues with our boiler (constantly getting airlocked). He knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, giving us multiple options for how extreme we wanted our updates to the system to be. When, after the work, it wasn't working exactly as smoothly as we had hoped (it was heating, but there was some unevenness in the system), he and his guys came out again and modified the work to resolve the issue completely. These systems can be delicate and touchy and I really wouldn't trust anyone to work with our boiler system except NorthSide. 100% recommend.

Wanted to find a reliable heating operation that wasn’t affiliated with a national chain. Northside Mechanical is exactly what I was looking for. Jeremy responded to my request the same afternoon and even though it’s the start of the busy season and I wasn’t a current customer, he got Steve out the next day to get me up and running. Jeremy and his team replaced our aging furnace, air conditioner and Humidifier. I was amazed that they did all of that in less than a day.They were organized and efficient as well as clean.
