My experience is always great, Larry’s awesome. The process took about 10-15 minutes to plug and chug. My only gripe would be that there are no incentives for returning customers. With all the options for filing Tax’s, I just don’t find it lucrative to continue the process in brick and mortar locations moving forward; regardless of expertise. A rewards program of any kind would be a great idea to keep existing and potential customers engaged. Thank you!Update: thanks for the response; however, any promotions should of been discussed prior to filling. There wasn’t any. I ended up paying more than last year. Thanks.

My wife and I filed last minute with Larry and he was amazing! Answered all our questions and gave us great guidance. He was knowledgeable and personable and made us feel right at home. I’ll be going back every year here on out! THANK YOU LARRY!!!
