Called Service Center to schedule an appt to repair a punctured tire, needed to fix it quickly before a road trip, they didn’t have appointments available but advised to just drive to the shop and they can take care of this emergency for me. Went there, was greeted immediately and tire was fixed promptly. Great Service all around.
Brought in my vehicle without an appointment after an unexpected problem occurred. Andrew was great to work with. He was very accommodating, made sure I got to work, and kept me informed throughout the process. They performed the recommended repairs for my vehicle and it was done in a very timely manner. Thank you to Andrew and his service team.
I called for an appointment for a tire issue. Was told i needed an appointment and made one but the call center did not make the appointment correctly. Even though Alex could not see I made an appointment he did not hesitate to take awesome care of my car. I was informed that it would take some time since it was an extremely busy day and was even offered an uber if i wanted to go anywhere instead of sitting and waiting. Alex kept in in the loop the entire time. His customer service was outstanding. Thank you Alex for being awesome!
