I've dealt with 1 ASHI inspector a few times over the years. They're extremely unprofessional and unethical. They do the inspection in 15 minutes, take a few photos, create a ~20 page report and put prices for renovations in the inspection. It's absolutely vile and it should not be allowed.

This company is posting prices of installed HVAC system and as far as I can tell they do home inspections not HVAC installs. This seams to be a very odd thing when the links always take you back to set up a home inspection.?????? Very odd!!!!!I don’t trust this site to give me proper information because they are not in my area.

In my opinion you cannot rely on this certification. I have clear evidence their ASHI certified inspector Towne and Country Building Inspection broke their "code of ethics" policy and they could not care less. I believe this certification is just window dressing that means absolutely nothing when it comes down to it. I feel sorry for people who employ certified inspectors thinking they are getting a trustworthy and competent inspector when they may not be, in my case.
