This is long overdue. Two years ago, we added on to our house. After a less than stellar experience trying to get started with another plumber, we were looking for new contractors to take on this big job.We found Votaw and we remain so glad we did.Roger and Wade took the job with some hesitation. But they were amazing, patient, flexible, professional and responsive and courteous throughout.Their ability to work with the other contractors on the job site was exemplary (not something you normally think about, but so important.)And their work? Called Votaw at closing time on Friday evening, with water shut off due to major leakage, they responsed immediately and where at my home within half an hour. Extremely knowledgeable, and professional; they took care of an awkwardly placed water line leak and the water was back on in short order. These 2 guys were awesome. They showed up very professional did what needed to be done and kept me and my husband laughing the whole time.
