Went here for a gift card . Staff was very pleasant, premises was clean,upscale and easily navigated. I couldn't believe how many different bottles of every kind of beauty supplies there are in this store. They have it all.
I went here right after a savage workout, unshaven and in well-worn gym attire. The sales associate that assisted me was a young woman that looked like a fashion model . To her credit, she never flinched at my appearance, and treated me the same as the other customers. She apparently could sense I had never been in a beauty supply before. Kudos to her for maintaining her professionalism. My wife was surprised they didn't call security on me.

Had a great experience at Ulta, Dekalb! I was excited to be visiting from the U.K. as we don’t have these stores here, now I understand what all the fuss is about! Great products but the customer service was even better! Wish we’d get as good service in the U.K.! I spent ages looking around and purchased a lot of products unavailable to me back home. Special mention to Tessa who helped me with finding the perfect perfume - she was right with her recommendation, it’s my new favourite scent! Thank you ❤️
