Tim Quinlan came promptly as scheduled. He took extra care to work on two problem spots on our carpet and was able to remove them. Tim worked carefully and diligently but efficiently. Our carpet and the one swivel rocker we had him clean looked great when he finished. We highly recommend him. Very professional.
