I walked in with my picture and was tattooed right away by Wiz, who was really nice and did a great job. He made sure he placed the stencil where I wanted it and was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend Out on a Whim.

Out on a whim may be some of the newer kids on the ink block in DeKalb, but they are killing the game.My guy in particular, Wizo, always leaves me walking out of the establishment with the biggest smile on my face when he nails my vision, look, and design of all of my tattoo ideas.It's a relaxed and friendly environment too, so it's perfect for anyone with jitters about getting their first tattoo.10/10 Definitely recommend.

Wiz provided me with exactly what I wanted. For as tricky and delicate as a band tattoo on one of my ankles was, he did a great job of preparing ahead of time to ensure that the placement looked good. I'm very content with the finish product.
